2.沖縄・離島への配送は承っておりません。(沖縄・離島へのお届け希望でご注文の場合、
キャンセルとさせて頂きますので予めご了承ください。)

3.お届けエリアによってはご希望の日時での配送が難しい場合がございます。その際は
こちらからご連絡をさせていただきます。

3.We do not accept specific wrapping requests.
Wrapping will be chosen to complement the flowers, at our discretion.
【About Delivery】
1.As this is a fresh flower product, please make sure someone is available at the delivery address at the time of arrival.
If no date is specified, the order will be shipped as soon as possible.
We cannot leave the package unattended. If left without someone receiving it, we cannot guarantee the quality.
2.Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Okinawa or remote islands.
Orders placed with a shipping address in these areas will be canceled.
3.Depending on the delivery area, it may not be possible to fulfill your preferred delivery date/time.
If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
