2.沖縄・離島への配送は承っておりません。(沖縄・離島へのお届け希望でご注文の場合、

3.お届けエリアによってはご希望の日時での配送が難しい場合がございます。その際はこちらからご連絡をさせていただきます。

【About Delivery】
•As fresh flowers are perishable, please ensure someone is present at the delivery address.
We do not offer unattended (leave-at-door) delivery. If left unattended, we cannot guarantee the condition of the flowers.
•If no preferred delivery date/time is provided, your order will be shipped at the earliest possible date.
•We do not deliver to Okinawa or remote islands. Orders to these areas will be canceled automatically.
•Delivery date/time may not be available in certain areas. In such cases, we will contact you directly.

【Other Important Notes】
•Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may be canceled.
•For cancellations or changes, please contact us at least 4 days prior to the scheduled delivery date by email or phone.
A cancellation fee will apply for requests made after that point.
